The Kavaklidere Classic Yakut appears lively and ruby red with intense red fruit aromas, accompanied with spice. On the palate the Yakut is medium bodied with fetching cherry and rich raspberries, finishing firm with some acidity and underlining spice, strong and long. I would allow to breathe and best consumed within 3 to 4 years. Ideal with spicy cheeses and even pizza.
