What you need:Turkish Coffee, cold water, sugar (if you wish), cezve (a special wide-bottomed pot, usually made of copper), Turkish coffee cup
Method for 2 people:
Add 2 Turkish coffee cup of water to cezve
Add 2 heaping tablespoon of Turkish coffee. Add sugar if preferred.
Slowly bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
As coffee comes to a boil, pour half of the coffee into the cups, over the foam. Boil the remaining coffee for an additional 10-15 seconds and fill the cups to the rim.
