This Crepe Mix is wonderful for making light and airy German-style crepes! We love making these on a Sunday morning. This package serves three. Mix contents with 1 3/4 cups milk and 1 egg. Whisk until smooth. Heat butter in a non-stick pan and pour a thin layer of mixture. Fry on both sides on medium heat until golden brown. Serve rolled with sprinkled cinnamon and sugar!
