This dessert, which was extremely difficult to prepare in the classical way, is now very easy to prepare at home.
First, the product in the package is cooked with 750 ml of milk, then it is poured into a metal tray and the bottom of the dessert is caramelized by moving the tray over a strong fire.

1-) Pour 750 ml (3.5 cups) of milk into a pot.
Add the whole bag to it.
2-) Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spoon.
When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and continue cooking by stirring for 3-4 more minutes.
3-) Grease the bottom and the edge of an aluminum tray with a diameter of 26 cm with margarine so that all surfaces are lubricated.
Pour the dessert you cooked on it and burn it over a strong fire until the edges are browned (about 5-10 minutes).
When it comes to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator and leave it for 2 hours.
Slice and serve by turning it upside down with the help of a spatula.
