Feta Pastry-Börek (Vegetarian)

These snacky pastry rolls filled with feta cheese are absolutely delicious!

Ingredients: Flour (Wheat), Butter (Milk), Feta Cheese (Milk), Salt, Sunflower Oil

Packed in a location that handles peanut, sesame seeds, milk products, soya, and other nuts. Packed frozen, delivered chilled. Consumer within 24 hours.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (Fan with upper and lower heat)
2. Put baking paper on oven tray and put your frozen Rose Börek on the tray. You do not need to defrost. You do not need to add oil below.
3. Cook for 20–25 minutes until it turns golden brown*
4. Once cooked, turn off the heat. Do not remove the Rose Borek from the oven. To obtain a softer crust, spray few drops of water on cooked Borek. Cover the tray with cloth and keep the Borek in the oven for another 10 minutes.
