Preparation : Melt some butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the tarhana and saute for a minute. Add 500 millilitres of water and mix well for about 2-3 minutes until the tarhana starts to dissolve.
Continue to stir until the mixture comes to a boil. When boiling begins, lower the heat and let simmer while mixing for another 5 minutes.
We suggest adding 1 tablespoon tarhana & 500 ml water per person to make a good soup.
