Famous traditional Turkish dish, many different variations in different countries. Have it as a main, have it as a side, have it as a snack, just have it!
Packs of 500g delicious stuffed vine leaves, with olive oil, contains no meat.
Instructions:
Layer the pot with vine leaves once it is defrosted. Combine 1 tbsp tomato paste, 2 grated garlic cloves, ½ lemon juice, 2 tbsp vegetable oil and 2 cups of water. Add it on to the grape leaves. Cook the pot with a lid and bring to the boil over a high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cook covered for 35-40 minutes.
