Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the full extent of any agreement between Bonvila Foods Limited and you (the customer). By placing an order on Bonvila you agree to be bound by Bonvila Foods Limited’s terms and conditions set out below.
You must be at least 18 years of age in order to complete an order with Bonvila if alcohol is ordered from us. If you cannot be at home to claim your delivery it is your responsibility to make sure the person receiving the delivery is of legal age.
Price and Delivery Charges
There is no minimum order fee, however there are different bands of delivery fees:
Our pricing incorporates the costs of packaging, labour work, etc. All prices on our website include VAT where appropriate.
Our Delivery System (Outside of London)
The cut-off order time for next day delivery (MON-FRI) is 2.00pm, any order processed after this cut off time will be dispatched the day after for next day delivery. We only dispatch orders outside London during these days therefore Sundays and Mondays you cannot receive a delivery.
Procedure for next day delivery (MON-FRI), the morning of your delivery, your courier driver will text you (at around 8.00am) an hour window between 8.00am-midday, which they will be at your door. You can respond whether to leave with neighbour/safeplace. Our cost for standard next day delivery is £3.99.
Saturday delivery, similarly you will get a text in the morning of your delivery for an hour window between 8.00am-4.00pm, generally this tends to be earlier rather than later. Our cost for Saturday delivery is £4.99.
Our Bonvila Delivery System (London Only)
As shown in the map below, we will deliver to specific postcodes on certain days of the week.
Wednesday/Friday Evening 6.00-10.00pm (Red Coloured Postcodes) and (Blue Coloured Postcodes)
North West, North London, South West, West and West Central London.
North West, North London, South West, West and West Central London. We also deliver to selected TW and KT postcodes on Sundays.
You can order for same evening delivery up until a cut off time of 2.00pm on the same day. If you order after the cut off time, the earliest you can select is your next available day for your area.
Methods of Payment
We accept payment by credit or debit cards, internal credit and coupons.
Quality of goods
We can guarantee two things for your goods:
1) Freshness, we use a special packaging company which enables us to ship goods and keep it refrigerated for up to 48 hours ensuring freshness right up to your doorstep and onto your dinner table (or sofa)!
2) Authenticity, what makes Bonvila special is that with our research we have been able to source the most loved brands from their countries of origin, simply to get the full experience of cultural dining.
Because our brands are specific and we work with selected suppliers, all goods on our website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. You will be notified of any changes which may occur.
From time to time the suppliers may change certain aspects of their packaging. We always endeavour to keep up to date on our website by uploading the new images, however if you receive a slightly different packaging to what you usually order, do not be alarmed (this may just be seasonal promoting).
We love to hear from you! We strive for excellence here at Bonvila, and are always happy to hear back from our customers. Likewise, if there is a product you would like to see on our online shelves, please do not hesitate to drop us an e-mail at Info@bonvila.com.
You can also contact us directly at the same e-mail address if you are unhappy with any product, our customer services are active 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Refunds will be arranged at our discretion.
We take your privacy very seriously and are committed to providing users with an Internet experience that respects your privacy.
When you make a purchase we need to collect certain information to process your transaction and fulfill Your order. We do not sell, rent or disseminate this information to any third party for marketing or any other matter. We will however need to provide the courier or delivery company with your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address (so that they will be able to send you tracking information for your parcel) but this information will strictly only be used to ensure that your order is safely delivered to you.
We do not hold any of your payment information (card details) on records.
We only collect your data when you give us permission to do so, once an account has been made or you process an order, we will send e-mails, texts or phone calls to notify you of delivery times and to also confirm your purchases.
As a customer, you have the right to know exactly which information we have in our system about you (will not be more than your address, e-mail, phone number and name). You can always ask us to delete your information which we will comply with immediately. If there are any breaches of data we will notify you as quick as possible.
