Basak Dessert Kazandibi (Milk Pudding Sweetened with Caramel)

Size: 150g


Pour 750 ml (3.5 water glasses) milk into a cooking pot. Add the powder mixture. Cook it at medium heat by stirring until it boils. Cook it for another 3-4 minutes after it boils. After taking it out of the heat pour it into a round or rectangle shaped medium sized tray which is oiled with margarine and spread with 2 tablespoon of granulated sugar. Cook it under high heat for 5-10 minutes by sometimes turning it in order to spread it equally. Keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours after it reaches room temperature. Slice it as you wish and turn its bottom to the surface and serve it in plates.
