Maun Simit
Simit is a circular bread, typically encrusted with sesame seeds found across the cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire, and the Middle East. Simit's size, crunch, chewiness, and other characteristics vary slightly by region. It is widely known as Turkish bagel in United States. Ingredients: Wheat Flour, water, salt, yeast, grapes syrup, sesame seeds, sugar
Preparation:
Put in oven for 2-4 minutes and the Simits will be as good as freshly baked!
The simits are sent refrigerated and must be consumed within 5 days.
